INVESTMENT RESOURCE PARTNERS was founded in 2019 to formally combine commercial real estate investing and charitable giving. Principal Jay Young has been involved in the real estate investment business since 1998. The associates of IRP have a combined total of over 100 years experience in commercial real estate investment, brokerage, management and operations.
Our primary investment target is industrial and office properties in the metro Atlanta area, but we also consider other property types and opportunities where we believe value can be created.
Our mission is to generate great returns for our investors, which in turn allows us to support local, Christ centered non-profits at a meaningful level, and promote investing back into our community.
Gift recipients include Atlanta Youth Academy – a K-8th school serving underprivileged inner city kids, Corners Outreach – a tutoring program for at risk K-5th grade kids in the Gwinnett County public school system, Crossroads Ministries – a healing and support organization serving Atlanta’s homeless, and Good Samaritan Health Clinic – an inner-city medical center serving those living in poverty.
